After your Riviera Maya snorkel in the lagoon, you will head into the jungle to discover two different types of cenotes. These natural limestone sinkholes are filled with mineral-rich waters and are considered sacred to the Maya people. The perfect jungle oasis for a cenote snorkel experience.

Transfer to natural cove
20 min. The guide gives a welcome briefing, explains what the activity consists of and shows the species of fish found in the area
Delivery of snorkeling equipment, explanation for its correct use and safety of the participants
Time to change and use the bathrooms if necessary
90 min. Guided tour in natural cove. In this site the guide takes the participants through the area where the marine biodiversity is found
10 minutes. Refreshing drinks are offered to continue the tour
30 min. Transfer from the natural cove to the cave in Aktún
20 min. The guide gives a briefing on how caves are formed and the importance of caring for them
20 min. Refreshing cavern swim with a guided tour inside it
5 min. Transfer from the cavern to the open cenote in the same park
15 min. The guide gives a briefing of the activities in the open cenote
45 min. Free time to visit the cenote
45 min. Buffet-style regional food: grilled chicken, cochinita pibil, sautéed vegetables, mashed potatoes, guacamole, beans, rice, pasta, salad bar, tortilla chips, tortillas, sauces, dressings and sugar churros
