Itinerary

DAY 1: CANCUN: WELCOME
Reception at the Cancun Airport.
Transfer to the chosen Hotel.

DAY 2: REUNION WITH “THE ORIGIN”.
Yoga session to see the sunrise on the beach.
Departure for the workshop: “El Origen”.
Visit a thousand-year-old cavern, called the crystal museum.
Tour to contemplate the void, the absence of light, link our being and the universe.
After our purification and rebirth in the sacred waters of the underground river, we go to a palapa to enter a relaxation and meditation workshop accompanied by a sound medicine concert.
Food on site based on a regional menu and fruit waters.
Return to the hotel.
Relaxation session.

DAY 3: CONNECTION WITH THE JUNGLE
Departure in the morning from the hotel.
Yoga and stretching session in a private lagoon.
Light breakfast based on juices and fruits.
Tour on open trails in the jungle to know the depth of the low jungle and its natural wealth.
Rappel activity and through a zipline circuit.
Tour in caves.
Swim in cenotes.
Food on site.
Meditation and yoga session on the platforms above the trees to see off the daylight.
Return to the Hotel overnight.

DAY 4: THE RELIGIOUS CENTER OF THE ANCIENT ITZAES
Yoga session in the morning to receive the sunrise.
Departure from the hotel for a day of knowledge of an ancestral culture.
First stop at the old ceremonial center: The throne of the jaguar (Balam canche).
Visit to the semi-dry lake, where we can find various offerings such as shells, jade objects, clay figures and hand figures on the walls.
Route, until reaching the mecca of Mayan spirituality: Chichén Itzá.
Do a short spiritual workshop. (Depends on time and weather conditions).
Restaurant stop where you will taste regional Yucatecan food prepared by the community.
Encounter with a H’Men (Shaman) who will clean us up, and give us a small sample of his customs and arts.
Meditation and relaxation session in a private cenote.
Back to the hotel.

DAY 5: FREE DAY
Yoga session in the morning.
Optional workshop.
Yoga session in the afternoon.

DAY 6: CLOSING AND RE-CREATION DAY.
Yoga session in the morning.
Pick up at the host hotel for transfer to the area of the Temazcal.
Reception by the staff and assistance by Cancun Travel Group.
Entrance to the temazcal ceremony:
They introduce new red-hot stones while the shaman guides the participants in a kind of meditation with the aim of doing a spiritual cleansing with the help of Mother Earth.
Time to cool off in the Cenote and have a meal.
Ancestral ceremony:
The server will officiate his ceremony or ritual, presenting the four cardinal points.
The Indian shares a brief explanation about the meaning of spiritual unions in our tradition, while he subtly generates vibratory energy.
The ceremony continues with an inspiring talk.
Back to the hotel.
Closing dinner and farewell.
