HTL Cenote Sup Yoga and Temazcal

Treat your body, mind and soul to an out of this world experience in the Yucatan Peninsula. Enter the magical world of a sacred cenote for the most unique yoga class of your life. Float atop a standup paddle board on the crystalline waters of a cenote, stretching your body and mind and putting your balance skills to the test.

After your standup paddle yoga class, you will meet a local shaman for a traditional Maya healing ceremony. The “temazcal” is a steam bath with medicinal herbs and the guidance of a healer to bring you back to the womb of Mother Earth. You will feel cleansed, purified and reconnected with nature and the universe.

Enter the magical world of the Yucatan jungle for a standup paddle yoga class in a cenote and a life-changing tradtional “Temazcal” ceremony with a local shaman.
