Cenote Yoga, Temazcal and Organic Lunch

Delight all your senses in this unique excursion in the Yucatan Peninsula. Delve into the jungle oasis for a floating yoga class on a stand up paddle board with an expert instructor in a beautiful cenote. Cenotes are considered sacred to the Maya people, the ideal place to reconnect with nature and the universe.

After your SUP yoga class, you will meet a local shaman who will lead you in a traditional “Temazcal” ceremony. This steam bath with medicinal herbs will purify, cleanse and awaken your body, mind and soul as you relax and indulge in tranquil meditation.

Finally you will enjoy a tour of the organic gardens and meet the chef of Koox Ich Kool who will prepare a special menu of local organic delights, fresh catch of the day and flavors of the Yucatan. Your delicious meal will be accompanied by fine Mexican wines, craft beer or mezcal, this is an exquisite treat for your palate!

Indulge all your senses in a SUP yoga class in a cenote, a Temazcal ceremony and a visit to an organic garden with a specially prepared meal of Yucatecan cuisine and local delights.
