OTHERS

Weather

Weather in the Yucatan Peninsula is highly humid with hot temperature.

  • The best months to visit the Yucatan Peninsula are: January, February, March, April, May, November and December.
  • Mild Months are: March, April, May, June, July, August, September and October.
  • Rainy season: June and October.

Due to our location facing the Atlantic ocean, humidity is mostly hot all year round, and reaches its highest peak in the areas closer to the tropical jungle. Year average is  70%, therefore sunblock, sunglasses, cap or hat are always important. Stay hydrated with purified water.

Clothing

Bring with you light clothes, as it is very hot mostly all year in the Yucatan Peninsula.  Cotton clothing, short pants, sandals and comfortable shoes for walking, are recommended.

Also, to reduce wastes, consider bringing your own refill bottle to drink water. We will give you water in all sites we visit.
